RoofVIP v1.0.1.0

Overview

RoofVIP v1.0.1.0 extends the original Munich dataset with elevation products aligned to the same RoofVIP building identifiers. It is intended to make multimodal experiments possible without redefining the original RGB/vector release.

Added modalities

• DSM — Digital Surface Model at 20 cm source resolution.
• DTM — Digital Terrain Model at 1 m source resolution, resampled for aligned products.
• nDSM — normalized elevation derived from the aligned DSM and DTM products.

Processing relationship to v1.0.0.0

Each elevation crop is matched to the corresponding building footprint and RoofVIP identifier from v1.0.0.0. File naming and organization preserve direct correspondence across modalities.

Data source

DSM and DTM source products are provided by the Bavarian Surveying Administration (Bayerische Vermessungsverwaltung) through Bavarian Open Geodata.
